Return Policy

Every product you buy from ChainLinkPrivacySlats.com is backed first by the product manufacturer’s warranty. ChainLinkPrivacySlats.com does not offer any direct warranties; all warranties are those of the respected manufacturer. ChainLinkPrivacySlats.com will warrant any defective/exchange that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or ChainLinkPrivacySlats.com. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by ChainLinkPrivacySlats.com or when the product manufacturer or distributors return policies supersede ours. An RMA number MUST be obtained within 30 days of purchase in order for it to be valid.

Do not return goods to ChainLinkPrivacySlats.com without first securing a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Any returns without a RMA will not receive a refund. Please email sales@chainlinkprivacyslats.com or call 1.800.878.7829 to speak with a representative about returning merchandise.

Customer is responsible for the original cost of shipping back to Chain Link Privacy Slats if the order received a free or discounted shipping code.

Note: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected when received. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If product is damaged when received by ChainLinkPrivacySlats.com, we reserve the right to charge extra for the cost of recuperating our cost on the product.

All Product Policy
There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on any and all returned products. If a product is damaged, this fee will also apply.
